Appointments are required.

Only appointments made between office hours will be accepted by our online scheduling system.

Please note that any appointment requests submitted through our online scheduling system are not final until you receive a confirmation email (within one business day) from our office.

Special request appointments can be confirmed over the phone or via email; not through the online scheduling system. These appointments include: house calls, corporate appointments, before or after hours appointments, bridal party fittings, appointments for over six items.

We ask for 1/2 of the total cost of your work order as a deposit. The remaining balanced will be due on the due date. If your item has a “TIME” or “PLUG” charge, this will be due on the due date. Please read our policy for more details. For full pricing descriptions, please visit our pricing page.

We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. No American Express.
