To help accommodate our clients’ needs more efficiently, the following policies at SewRob are now in effect:

    • SewRob operates by appointments. You may schedule an appointment online or by leaving a message at (610) 649-8718 with your availability. A team member will respond to you within the same day to confirm your appointment. Walk-ins are welcome but may not always be accommodated.
    • Price guidelines are available upon request prior to being fitted. If you would like an estimate, please ask at the front desk when checking in for your appointment. You can also see our Prices page prior to your fitting.
    • If you would rather consult with a SewRob specialist about a specific garment, a consultation rate of $82.00 per hour will apply.
    • All custom making or special occasion pieces will be conducted on a Pay As You Go basis.
    • Once your garment has been assessed / pinned, a work order will be created.
    • Clients may receive a copy of their work order in person or electronically. Please provide your email address to receive electronic work orders.
    • A deposit of half is required for all work orders to be processed.
    • Deposits can be made in person by cash, check, or credit card. If your work order cannot be issued on the spot due to high volume, deposits can be mailed by check or credit card over the phone. No American Express Please.
    • If you decide to cancel your work order, your garments are subject to a pinning fee of $8.50 per piece.
    • While your order is being processed, if additional work is required, a team member will notify you of any changes to your work order exceeding $10.00.
    • Although we issue “due dates”, as a courtesy, a team member will call or e-mail you as a reminder when your order is ready for pick up. Please make sure all of your contact info is current.
    • A $16.50 storage fee will be added to all orders that are not picked up after 60 days of the due date.
    • If a work order has not been picked up for 90 days, SewRob bears no responsibility and will either auction or donate the order, unless otherwise notified by the client.
    • Our turnaround times are dictated by volume and on average are 2-3 weeks. Please call or e-mail to find out the exact due date that we are currently scheduling. Production can be affected by holidays and events.
    • If you find yourself in a pinch, a work order may be expedited with an addition of an overtime fee.
      • Overnight / same day service = $49.50
      • 2 – 3 day turnaround = $31.00
      • 4 – 7 days = $22.00
      • Gowns = $100.00
  • These rates are subject to change due to work volume.
