We are Tailors. Expect that your garment will be custom fitted to your specific request, maintaining the integrity of the original factory finish, while preserving as much of the fabric as possible in order to protect the longevity of your investment. Our standards are much higher than other industries, i.e. dry cleaners.

Our price list reflects the quality, time, and attention to detail that we take pride in. We take many unvalued and painstaking steps to deconstruct, resize, and

reconstructyour garment in order to achieve a specific result, that is not always visible.

The academic “purchase price” of your garment has no consideration on your tailoring bill, yet we urge this formula: Purchase Price + Tailoring Cost = Utility of Wear

(# of wears) or Importance of the Occasion / Appearance Value.

Turnaround Times are Dictated by Volume and are Conditional and Seasonal.
Express Specific Wear Dates, to Insure We Can Accommodate your Deadline.
  • Single item with a single operation: 3 – 4 Days.
  • Three to six items: Basic taper and/or hem work: 2 weeks.
  • Six to ten basic items or three to six complex items: 3 – 4 weeks.
  • Gown needing upper body work only: 3 – 4 weeks, fitting required.
  • Gown needing hem work: 4 – 5 weeks. Additional fitting required.
  • Gown needing body AND hem: 6 – 8 weeks. 1 – 3 fittings required.
  • Orders requiring cleaning before work: 5 – 7 weeks.
  • Speciality fabric orders: 7 – 9 weeks. Swatching required.
  • Partial Custom work: 7 – 10 weeks. 1 – 2 fittings required.
  • Full Custom Work: 6 – 9+ Months. 1 – 4 fittings required.
  • Wedding gown: 10 weeks. 3 minimum fittings required.
Expedited Order Fees Per Item Based on Complexity

10 – 14 Days = $35.00 ~ $45.00.
7 ~ 9 Days = $45.00 ~ $65.00.

1 ~ 6 Days = $65.00 ~ $100.00.
Gown = $150.00 ~ $350.00.

Booking Your Appointment
  • Appointments are preferred. Walk-ins are welcome. Walk-ins need to yield to appointments. Multiple appointments can be booked at one time based on fitting room availability. Exclusivity cannot be offered.
  • Appointments are preferred for in store try on for orders that are completed, but availability varies.
  • Appointments can be booked online at SewRob.com/Appointments, by sending an email to SewRob@gmail.com or by leaving a message in one of our locations, 610-649-8718 Wynnewood, or 610-688-3424 Wayne, or 484-681-4080 King of Prussia. We will respond to you within 1 business day to confirm your appointment.
Your Appointment
  • If you would like an ESTIMATE, please ask before fitting your garment. Basic price quotes can be provided after examining the construction of the garment. Once fitting of your garment takes place, it is subject to consultation fee.
  • Consultation fee is $120.00 per hour. This includes discussion of design changes, custom requests, and expertise provided by a SewRob pinning specialist.
  • Exact Undergarments and shoes are required for fittings. If the outfit requires other garments to determine the fit, bring the garments to the fitting.
  • Garments are required to be cleaned prior to fitting or work to be done to ensure proper outcomes.
  • Our process of tailoring starts at the top (shoulder) and works its way down to the bottom (hem).
  • All bridal tailoring has a set $75.00 consultation fee. A $250 deposit is required to proceed with work on your project.
  • All special occasion garments or orders requiring multiple fittings will be conducted on a Pay As You Go
  • All custom work requires materials to be paid in full and a ½ deposit is required for work to begin. Multiple fittings are required.
  • Once your garment has been assessed / pinned, a work order will be created and emailed to you. Please provide an up to date email address.
Order Processing
  • Once your invoice is emailed, reply with approval for your order to proceed. Verbal approval can be provided in person if order processing can be completed on the spot.
  • Canceled orders are subject to a pinning feeper piece. $15.00 for Casual Wear, $30.00 for Formal Wear, and $50.00 for Wedding Gowns. Pins will be removed from garments to prevent any possible damage to the fabric.
  • While your order is being processed, if any additional work is required, we will notify you of any changes to your work order exceeding $50.00 via email.
  • SewRob inspects your garment during our Quality Control process. Basic Pressing on the work area is included to finalize your work order. This does notinclude complete pressing, steaming, cleaning, or repairs not specified during your visit.
Completed Orders
  • Due Dates are issued, however we will email you a confirmation when your order is complete. If you have a follow up appointment scheduled, the notification of your appointment may substitute the completion confirmation. Please make sure all your contact information is current.
  • We encourage you to try on your completed order at home. In store try on is possible if the fitting room is available. Try on appointments can be scheduled in order to insure fitting room availability. Please notify us ASAP if there are any issues with your order. We will schedule an appointment for you to re-fit, or make a note in your file.
  • SewRob is Not Finacially Responsible or liable to make changes to your order once a strategy of procedures are put into motion and a course of action is set, due to changes in physique as a result of weight gain, weight loss, monthly cycle, pregnancy, surgery, or medications.
  • If you choose not to pick up your order upon completion, for insurance purposes, you will be charged a $16.50 per month storage fee, for every month until the order is picked up and paid. Storage fees will start 60 days from the date of notification of completion. Unless prior arrangements have been made, SewRob bears no responsibility and will either auction / donate the order to recoup the cost after 180 days.
Payment
  • Payment is required at pick up. Intermediate payment is required for projects that require multiple fittings. Cash or check payment can be made to the total on the invoice billable to SewRob. Credit / Debit transactions will have a 3% convenience fee. American Express is not accepted.
  • Over the phone payments will have a 1.5% convenience fee. All payment fees are subject to change.
Warranty/Returns
  • We warranty our work up to 21 days from the completion notification / pick up.
  • After the second do-over attempt, SewRob will decline the work as a do-over. You will be charged for the third attempt onward.
  • Retail goods purchased at retail price can be returned within 21 days in the original condition with the tags attached. Any sale purchases are FINAL SALE and CANNOT BE RETURNED.
